We have a small number of available offices on the 4th floor of River House to suit a variety of uses. Currently we have:

Office 9 which is a 2-4 desk office, Would suit a small call centre/admin team, Physiotherapy, treatment, can be delivered with water and archive room/store beside. £135 per week plus VAT. Your Monthly bill for EVERYTHING: £585 plus VAT

Office 6, a 2-3 desk office, probably best as a 2 desk, quiet location, beautifully modern and within easy reach of the waiting area. Would ideally suit One or two person regional office with storage room and good access. Good for meetings and close to kitchen for coffee and access. £125 per week plus VAT. Your Monthly bill for EVERYTHING: £541.66 plus VAT

Office 7 is exactly the same size and beside 6. £125 per week plus VAT. Your Monthly bill for EVERYTHING: £541.66 plus VAT

Office 3 is a great space which is suitable for 6-10 desks. Ideal for an architect, Call centre, Training room, open plan office or can be partitioned to suit medical and aesthetic treatments. £250 per week plus VAT. Your Monthly bill for EVERYTHING: £1083.33 plus VAT

SPACE BY THE DAY:

Training Room Level 4, individual desks, 60inch hdmi tv. Suitable for training, lectures, product launch, business breakfast, Yoga, Pilates, First Aid training, auditions, AGMs, team days, suitable for up to 20 seated. £130 plus VAT per day. Kitchen nearby. Room for displays and product tables.

Board room Level 3, ideal for up to 12 people, Quiet, Aircon, Excellent equipment including Zoom, Teams, 60inch PC. Excellent for tribunals, global calling, team days, training, board meetings, room can be dressed for your business. Comfortable leather swivel chairs, impressive space. £150 plus VAT per day.

Virtual Office / Mailbox

For only £35 plus VAT per month you can use River House as your business address and you will have your own mailbox at reception. Your mail arrives, you pop in and pick it up. Includes parcels. Simple.

Are you over seas or far away, no problem, we’ll forward your mail daily, weekly, monthly. Whatever you need. We charge a little extra of course.

Business Continuity Plan We can help future-proof your business. River House provides Premises Guarantee Policies which you can integrate into your continuity planning. For instance, your offices are flooded or structurally damaged, Orr just deemed ‘unsafe’. River House can GUARANTEE you resume office operation in hours at our offices.
